them. A registered agent is a legally recognized person who has the sole authority to enter into legal contracts on behalf
of registered companies or LLPs. I am that person and there is no other person authorized to contract, speak for, write for,
authorize debts of these LLPs but me Gloria Poole of Missouri.

and of words that WORK, LLP® earlier this year was not ever a business partner in these entities and was never authorized
to pick up mail for them or to have confidential info of them, or to gain access to internet accounts through representing
himself as any way representing these entities. There has never been a male business partner at any time since 1993
when words that WORK,LLP ® began in the state of Georgia, as an LLC; and was continued as an LLP
when I Gloria Poole moved to Colorado in 2002. I am aware that there is a man in Denver metro area that has defrauded many
people by telling them he represents words that WORK, LLP® but he does not. Neither does he in any way represent Life Media
& Publishing LLP®. Consider this a legal notice so you are not fooled, connived, defrauded by him.
